Thus, this Liège-based company with over 40 employees places great emphasis on creating moments of conviviality. “We regularly organize breakfasts with our teams, as well as barbecues and an end-of-year meal to strengthen bonds and thank everyone for their commitment,” explains Tom. “Recognition is paramount, as it allows each employee to feel valued. For Easter and Saint Nicholas, for example, they receive a gift.”
All moving in the same direction
Each year, this family-run company completes over 1,800 moves. A harmonious cooperation is therefore essential. “We have implemented a clear and motivating work environment,” explains the Sales Director. “Every day, we strive to communicate to our staff the values and rules we have clearly defined. To ensure that our staff moves in the same direction, we regularly organize training sessions to develop everyone’s skills. We evaluate each team member fairly to ensure optimal professional growth,” adds Tom.
A few months ago, they organized a new training session at Spiroux Moving on Artificial Intelligence (AI). This allowed the administrative team to reflect on ways to further improve internal processes. “Another training session was for heavy vehicle driving licenses, which we just completed with about ten team members. Each week, specific aspects of the profession are developed with our teams to further enhance their skills. If you want to offer the best possible service to your clients, it also means having a cutting-edge team.”
