All your furniture is transported with care and precision. In addition, our moving insurance financially protects you against any potential damage in the event of an accident. You can trust us. We have been in this business for over 60 years and regularly update our training to maintain the highest standards.
What exactly do we do?
Before the move
- Inventory of everything you wish to transfer (furniture, desks, clothing, appliances, bicycles, valuables such as artwork, safes, etc.)
- Establishing a detailed moving protocol (how everything will proceed)
- Explaining the steps and formalities you need to complete — such as contacting energy providers, the post office, your bank, and initiating administrative procedures. (See our blog for more advice.)
- If desired, we can assign one or more team members to assist you at home (dismantling furniture, protecting sofas or delicate items, packing boxes, etc.)
- With all this information, the protocol, and cost estimates, we prepare a free fixed-price quote. This quote includes all costs and taxes in full, so you know the exact budget of your move — with no unpleasant surprises!
During the move
- Packing your belongings and placing wardrobe boxes for your clothing
- Depending on your situation, we may use a lift (hoist) or specialized equipment
- Dismantling furniture
- Loading the truck and transporting everything to your new home
- In your new home
- Unloading all your furniture and belongings
- Placing them according to the layout plan agreed with you in advance — you don’t need to be present
- Reassembling your furniture
- That’s it. Welcome to your new home — with complete peace of mind.
After your move
- Did you purchase moving boxes from our Spiroux catalog? Perfect! With our new eco-friendly service “Rem’balle,” return undamaged boxes to us and receive €0.50 per box. If you prefer, we can also collect them from your home free of charge. Want to know more?
- Need to dispose of bulky waste? Did you know we can take it to the recycling center for you? More information available.
- Uh-oh… now that everything is installed, you realize you don’t have enough space to store everything? Our secure storage facility will keep your belongings safe from moisture and prying eyes. More information available.
